As we mentioned briefly above nylon can change colors dramatically depending on the thread color itself and the background color of the rod blank.

Its the additives in the thread that you have to look out for.
Those threads are made for rod building and won t have the contaminants or fuzzies you can get with either tying thread or sewing threads.
Can be used anywhere regular wrapping thread works especially fly bamboo rods.
