The back side is a skip surfaced face and may be smooth or rough with imperfections.

Bevel siding should be face nailed to studs with 1 1 2 penetration into solid wood using one nail per bearing spaced at a maximum of 24 in.
New england bevel siding is made with premium grade eastern white pine.
The product is locally grown and manufactured in new england.
We offer plain or rabbeted edge bevel in western red cedar eastern white pine or cypress.
Also if you later decide to change the color it repaints better than most fake wood products.
