I ve heard it referred to as permastone but i know faux stone such as this was marketed under many different names.
The home my wife and i just purchased has an unattractive permastone exterior likely added on in the 60s 70s.
The original rostone failed and was covered in the 1950s with perma stone which has also now fallen apart.
